^This^ is your problem. (And thanks for the logs, it makes finding these things quick-n-easy.)
None of your FPSware CCs are installed correctly. Fix it, and you should be good to go. The information you need is in the OP of each FPSware CC thread.

I can't get a log of the error message but its a Net Framework one (I have reinstalled net framework)
For some reason its trying to load CC settings from my dam profile folder..

Thanks for the helpful advice, i did exactly what everyone says but im still getting an error pointing to Fpsware Rogue trying to load settings from my profile folder....
(Yes the Fps is named right and i have reinstalled hb to a new directory and set up the SVNs etcetcetc
Ok so this is how my folder/file structure goes and its worked fine since having HB
Folder----> HB----> Standard HB folder
----> Stuff ----->Profiles
------>Bot Rars
------> Plugin Rars
