Fpsware Druid (Version 4)

Hello FPS, first I'd just like to say thanks for your custom class', they rock. Now on to my problem with boomkin on with this one. I changed from feral DPS to Boomkin because I heard the grapevine they are raping right now, so I thought I'd give it a try. I bought some cheapo greens, after I hit 60, went boomkin in dual spec and now when I try to run the bot it continually get's stuck like in a loop. It seems to happen more so when it get's adds. It started out spamming Entangling Roots, so I picked a different opener thinking that would help. Now it get's stuck casting Moonfire like crazy. I've tried disabling it etc, but it still get's stuck. Please help me get this figured out, I am attaching my full log and a snippet of it looped. Thanks!

I am having a problem with Entangling Roots.
he is level 9
cast Entangling Roots...shuffle step a little cast Entangling Roots ....shuffle step Over and over....
keeps this up until I cast a different spell for him

no errors or anything


CptPron could he be casting an instant on ads.
I saw my little guy here spam moonfire on a mob when he got an add and I assume it was because it was instant
he killed the mob, turned to the ad and then cast normal.

The issue with roots is that its used as a pull spell, but roots no longer pulls as with many CC spells it was made to not agro the target so they can be used before the pull in looking for noob dungeons. Hence the bot doesnt get into combat and move from using the pull behavior to using the combat behavior

The moonfire thing appears to be related to the AoE dotting, when i had it enabled i noticed once the AoE dotting routine kicked in i got one of those 'interface action failed because of an addon' type messages in yellow text in the chat window and it appeared to be re-moonfiring the same mob. My educated guess is that its not able/failing to see the DoT debuff on the mob

Thanks for the input, that helps me track down the issue a lot quicker. I think I know where and why its going wrong. I'll have a look this weekend.

Instead of just saying "I have the same problem". You could also attach your log file and provide as much information as possible. Not only does it help me locate and fix the issue its also the polite thing to do.

Anyway to make it melee in low lvl since i got heirlooms? Non spell caster btw

Spamming Wrath with full heirlooms just looks... yea :p
 
Could someone please help me find the optimal settings for Resto ?
I tried to change it up but when my party members life gets really low he only spams Wildgrowth and nourish ... no regrowth or Healing touch ... what settings do you use?

Im tempted to say unequip your heirlooms if its big problem :) those first 10 levels are gone in a heartbeat so while not ideal id be tempted to say live with it, without meaning to be harsh or unfair i think alot of people would prefer improvements to higher level things or more CCs

Take a look at page 11, i used settings similar to that screenshot and it did a fairly good job of healing heroics. Only one it was caught out on was the 1st boss in SFK where it drops everyone to 1hp

Not so much a bug, but a question...

Is there any way to make it so that I only stay in either travel form or cat form? I'm leveling by doing battlegrounds and it always looks strange because I constantly run around outside of cat form until I get near an enemy. I never mount either, which doesn't concern me, but there's no reason a real person would run around outside of cat if you are feral.

I'll have a look at it, this is what it should be doing.
 
First of all i would like to say ive had great sucsess with this custon class in the past. However with this last release of HB healer performance is horrible... it just stood there and watched my main die without casting a single heal. the debug logs spam this over and over again. I have absolutely no idea what this could mean.

EDIT BY FPSWARE: PARTIAL LOGS MEAN NOTHING TO ME. ATTACH A FULL LOG FILE

Partial logs mean nothing to me. Please attach a FULL log file.
 
Could someone please suggest the optimal settings for feral cat dps? A screenshot would be great.

trying to level a druid kitty he is level 45 and some times after the bot has been running for a couple of hours he will only auto attack after rake.
Stop and start the bot and its fine for a couple of more hours.
no log just wanted to ask if anyone else has seen this?



hand don't you know that most wow players can't count that high

Trying to set up for healing 45-55 range.
Should I turn off any spells I don't have of will it try to cast unknown spells?
No real spirit regen gear but int seems to be about all I have found.
is this good enough, has anyone tried low tier healing on druid?
 
I really like that one. But i am not as good in doing the Settings for the "Restoration"-Setup. Can someone link me an Image which i should adjust for InstanceBuddy, if i am the Healer?
