I wasn't sure where to post this, but following the threads throughout the forum it seems I am not the only one suffering with low FPS.
My PC is not a wonderful machine, but without Honorbuddy I run 70-90 FPS and a little lower in raid, which is perfectly playable for me. I expect and I am used to FPS drops when using HB and as far as I can recall when I last used HB (over 7-8 months ago) it was working fine, with around 10-15 lower frames than without HB but since the update I have experienced an unplayable 5-15 frames total when just standing in my garrison.
I'm not an expert, and I have followed the advice from other topics to try and remedy this. Anyway - My fix:
I have turned off (via Enyo settings) "Enable Overlay Logging" and it has instantly bumped my FPS up to 40+ which is not amazing, but playable. I have even better results when switching from hardlock to softlock but I have left the rest as it is for now for fear of messing up anything via settings.
I have tried this with Leaves CR and it seems to be holding up just fine, but I have not yet tested with anything other than Enyo + Leaves. I will get around to that later.
Has anyone else found a fix?
I'm sure a staff member already knows about this and has likely posted it elsewhere and if so feel free to close this thread, no argument.
