Fps problems!!

When i am booting my fps drop to 3-10 fps! I am using 4 bots.
Last time i was running 12 bot withot anyproblem.. same PC.
My config is
Fx8350
16gb Ram
gtx680
corsair 600W
Last Drivers.
Tested with W7 and W10 64bits.
MotherBoard gigabyte ga970
