FPS problem.

Hi guys.

I have a question - maybe someone have same problem and find any solution.

I am using changed D3 pref, and on my I5 i have 3 bots launched.
2 of my bots have 20 fps in fore and background.
on the 3-rd bot i have also same setting but when i press ctrl+r (to show FPS) it show that he have no limits.

I try to change the value in settings, aceept but it simply do not work.

Any ideas how to make him respect the correct max FPS?

relaunch the game , see if its still uncapped.
sometimes ... once every 20-30 launches, mine will have no limit (usually 15 fps so its easy to notice) i just closed it and open a new one

Yea it helps, but i noticed that almost every time i restart my pc same thing happends :/

I get this sometimes when relaunching my 4 diablos. One will randomly spike my GPU like crazy...usually I just close all of them and re-launch, or I figure out which it is and re-launch that one. *shrug* not a huge deal really.
