fps from 5 to 15 always ?

Not that much related to DB i guess, so sorry if i had to post in support forum.

Does anyone have FPS going from 5 to 15 ? Does that affect rift speed clear or not at all ?
Running 4 bot with YAR.

Using D3pref that Anonuzer01 posted today, even tried to untick max fps and sliding at max doesn't change a thing.

Might also be from my computer i think, i'm running i7 4790k, 16gb ram, GTX970.

Any thoughts ?

25 both, tried to increase them but did nothing still somehow capped around 5-15 (lower is when in fight)

yep, many programs listed are installed on my computer, but i'm using a lot of them anyway. FPS went up to 20-25 out of fight.
