i couldnt replay but i was reading the post and It also happen to me. it happen in all the botbase when we start it and when i start the raid botbase is 24/7.
i got 32gb ram, i5 4690k 3.5hz cpu and r9 290x grafic card. it could be if hb had a 64bit version.

edit: all my plugins are disable and the log wont help because it doesnt show anything
edit2: also i run wow with all in utral. if i set low this problem wont happen
