FPS Draw

Hi

I start to use this program yesterday and when i activate it my FPS draw to 15-20. When i stop it my FPS are at 60 ( i use sync).

I don't have programs in the blacklist and when i do with minimum graphic it's the same :/

Can you help me please?

set D3 process on a higher than normal priority

also make sure background and foreground fps value is 150+ (game settings)

any antivirus enabled?
