Found myself in a group with someone...freaking me out!

Running Kick's Ally 90-92 profiles, tab back to my WoW and I saw that I was in a group with someone! There's nothing in my chat log saying "%%% has invited you to join a group". Freaking me out, lol.

If anyone see's anything in the log please let me know.

I may be wrong about this, but joining a group generally doesn't show up in an HB log unless you are invited to a party using dungeonbuddy.

You'd need to check your wow chat for that.
 
Yea that's why I'm worried its a GM playing some funny business, because there's nothing in my chat log saying I joined a party or anything. And i'm watching my screen fairly regularly....had been tabbed out for maybe a minute.
 
I can almost assure you that GM's right now don't have the time, nor would they need to group up with you to observe you.

There's basically no reason for a GM to join a group with you.
 
You sure that the follower wasn't simply showing as someone in your group?

To be honest, I'm not. I saw the guy and left asap. This is about the 5th toon I've botted through these quests, however, and never seen it before.
 
You could always use the AutoDecline plugin to decline parties and the such.
 
Same thing happend to me too. About half a year ago. Happend at lvl 85. 30 min in to Pandaria. Was gone from my computer like 5 min. When I came back I was in a groupe with another player. He wrote to me in the Party chat. This was clairly another person. He was folowing me around and killed mobs just as I was playing manualy. Switched of the bot, answeard him and played manualy for like 5 min. Then I said I had to go and logged off. Botted the rest to 90. Still have the account. :-)
