Forum issue: Same username exists twice

After speaking with Tony I've been advised to post here to have this resolved by "you know who" (abiding by the forum rules)

At present my username (AlphaWolf) exists twice and this is apparently causing issues with PMs. Both of the accounts that were registered appear to be me, i.e.: same join date etc.

Please can this be resolved?

Still an issue, not being impatient, just want to make sure this isn't missed. I understand it's Christmas day tomorrow and don't really expect people to be working on Christmas
