Force mail in Questing profiles not working

Trying to make a simple questing profile and using:

<CustomBehavior File="ForceSetVendor" DoMail="True" DoRepair="False" DoSell="False" DoTrain="False" />

However the bot refuses to go to the mailbox and mail stuff to my alt, did something break this patch or?
And yes I do have my alt's name set in Settings and Tools. I also have the Mailbox set in the profile as:

<Mailboxes>
<Mailbox X="4123.964" Y="3055.742" Z="340.3138" />
</Mailboxes>


Any thoughts how I can fix this?
