I'd like to ask you to do something.
Generate a DXDIAG file and MSINFO file for me and attach them to a post below. I will go through them in an attempt to understand what is causing the error or why the game itself is refusing to let you in.

To obtain the systems diagnostic files, follow the instructions below:

For Windows Vista/7:

Important! - Please reboot your system prior to creating the dxdiag and msinfo files.

To obtain the DXDIAG file:

1. Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
2. Type in DXDIAG and press Enter or click 'OK', this will open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
3. Click on the 'Save All Information' Button (save this file to your Windows desktop and name it dxdiag).

To obtain the MSINFO file:

1. Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
2. Type in MSINFO32 and press Enter or click 'OK'. This will open the MSINFO diagnostic panel.
3. Click "File" in the top left, then click "Export" - this will prompt you to choose a location to save the file.
4. When the "Export As" window appears, choose the Desktop to save your file.
5. Click "Save"

For Windows XP/2000:

Important Note: Please reboot your system prior to creating the dxdiag and msinfo files.

1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run.
3. Type in DXDIAG and press Enter or click OK, this will open the DirectX diagnostic tool. Run the DirectDraw, Direct3D and DirectSound tests found under the Display and Sound tabs before creating the dxdiag.txt file.
4. Click on the Save All Information Button (save this file to your windows desktop and name it dxdiag).
5. Click on the More Help tab and open the Microsoft system information tool (MSInfo).
6. Click on File and choose Export (save this file to your windows desktop as a text file and name it MSInfo). Please make sure to save this file as a .txt file and NOT as a .nfo file.

Hi,
Here are those 2 files you asked me to save and let you check out.

Please know, that Archebuddy actually works and runs fine in this VM.

The only problem am having is when I try and start Archebuddy, using the Account Manager on the bot. It will load up to the server select page, Then pause. Then I get the Gods have disconnected you message.

1.
If any of these are installed, please remove them:
  • microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
  • microsoft .net framework 4 extended
  • microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
  • microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

With these removed please restart and download/run this program:

This is the only reported crash in the logs. Have you tried updating the program through updater.exe recently?

3.
I can't see the system environment of the base PC, so it's hard to tell. Do you have any antivirus or firewalls running in the base OS?

4.
Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v2.0.50727_X86 clr_optimization_v2.0.50727_32 Stopped Disabled
Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319_X86 clr_optimization_v4.0.30319_32 Stopped Auto

I do believe that these need to be running. At least the 4.0 version should be.
I look under yours and they are listed as Stopped and Disabled or Auto.
They should be listed instead under "[Running Processes]"

When you say base PC, you mean the host PC ? (The PC that am running the VM Wirkstation on)

If so, then, yes I have f secure running on it. I have tried disabling my firewall on my host PC to, but still get the same result.

I'll check the other things you said when am home!
And thanks for the help.

Edit. No I haven't updated the game using the updater. I only update the game using glyph, while Archebuddy isn't open.

I apologize. Archebuddy updates and launches from updater.exe, it does not update or modify ArcheAge or any of its files.
I can see where I might of misled you there.

Yes, the base PC is what I'm referring to. Looking into F-secure I can see a number of programs including games running into issues with it.

Be sure to put the right TCP port numbers in the initiator and responder fields in the service section,
then link the service to a rule.

Port 1237
Port 1251
Port 5031

This is basically the same story as this one:

Ok, finally got the bot to load into the game.
It started working fine after running the BuddyWizard.

But the problem now is, it gets into game, but doesn't actually last long in game. The game just closes for no reason, after 0 seconds - 5 minutes.
When it closes, it doesn't give the Gods have d/c ed you message, Then game itself just closes off my MV desktop.

But playing the game in the VM without using Archebuddy, works fine, and never shuts down.

From this point forward I can not help you. I do not have the decryption key for the ArcheBuddy Logs.
You are at the point now where you can copy your "Logs" folder and submit it to Out, who should be able to help you figure out the rest of the problem.

Here is the forum thread in which you can do that:

OK thanks a lot for your help.

Do you think I would be having these problems of Archeage closing after a short period of the bot running, if I was running everything on my desktop, rather than from within the VM ?
The plugin I tested was the 1-3 questing plugin.

If running on desktop would stop these problems, would it be easy to have 3 to 6 bots running at once, on my desktop, using the different proxies ?
(Am not use to proxies, as I usually setup using the VM and VPNs)

I can not say for sure. The only way to tell if the problems would stop would be to test it.
Be careful what proxies you choose, Trion has been catching onto them and banning for their use.

@Mordark
The two Files you have requested, hopfully the problem can be resolved :)

Had to Zip the MSINFO it wouldn't upload otherwise.

Thx

It seems to me like Avast is most likely stopping the program from working. I've seen problems with it before similar to this.
I can also see you've been having problems with TitanFall, League of Legends, curse, Visio, and a few other programs.
My guess is that Avast is using its real-time script detection to freeze the program and prevent it from working properly.
Avast once told me I needed to delete my homework for one of my college classes because it was a virus.

You need to add Updater.exe as an exception in Avast.

Personally though, I recommend that you switch to Malwarbytes.

Hello

hope you can help determine why I disconnected at start upm

Regards
I did not see any .Net framework applications. These are required for the bot to run properly.

If any of these are installed, please remove them:
microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
microsoft .net framework 4 extended
microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

Client worked last week, this week I keep getting the "gods have disconnected you" when I click connect at the server selection screen. Normal archeage client works fine without archebuddy attached to it.

Windows Vista doesn't list the information that I need in either of the two files to make a conclusion.

Have you installed the buddywizzard?

Are you running any Antivirus or Antimalware software?
