For the guys with demon hunters that are running Lieutenant Vachem I have a question..

what skills are you guys using and what is your generic routine setup with those skills?

Smoke Screen / Preperation / Vault / Companion and as offensive ability - Elemental arrow with Ball of lightning, then Puncturing arrow (is hardly used since elemental arrow has low cost)

Just using Belphegor however, it works just fine, no need to use generic :>
