For someone that doesn't have RU credit card the easiest method would be Webmoney (USD). Though I don't like to use this payment system, you'll need to create an account here WebMoney - Smart Online Payment Solution WMZ = USD

Visa & MasterCard cards should be accepted world wide tho. Or just check what cards they accept, there gotta be the little card logos somewhere.
