Focus elites ?

Is there any chance to let elites be focused? My charge barb is engagin hundreds of elites in wide open areas but not killing anything cause most of the time he reaches the end of the level and leaves it.
If i missed an option in db pls tell me otherwise make one pls

Trinity > Combat / Misc > Elite Mob Settings.

Make sure you've put "Always kill elites below % health" is set too 100./
