How do i enable or where to i obtain this plug-in so i can fly while doing quests?

flying checks are disabled, so it will fly when the writer writes it to fly

flying is part of core hb, you'll just need to get yourself one of dem flying profiles

lolz shows what opening a thread then disapearing for 10mins

that's a very, very, very old basic profile and it's in the archives

use my new profile which includes lots of flying - it's in the tested section. make sure you thoroughly read the first post
