Its probably a misunderstanding. You should find the information in these articles helpful:

HelpDesk: Honorbuddy and flying
HelpDesk: Honorbuddy is not using, or changing, my selected mount​

And as Ski stated, if this doesn't help we'll need to see the log that captures the problem. Please make a follow-up post in the Support forum with the appropriate log, if you continue to have problems.
