Flying for Vanilla acc

Hey guys.

A quick simple question: I have 3 vanilla accs at lvl 60 - is it possible to get flying on them?

I just tried riding around in Orgrimmar with no luck so far, however it states in the General Spell Book, that I can get that AND Kalimdor/EK flying.

So, is this really possible, and if so, where?
