Aye, the Hero's Call quests are very problematical...
1) They are no longer offered once you start the zone, and
2) They are no longer offered once you do not meet the level requirements, and
3) And Profile Writers currently don't have a tool to determine whether or not a specific quest is being offered by an NPC/Object.

Its probably best for Profile Writer's to avoid them until #3 is solved by the HB developers. For now, just comment them out in the profile is the best you can do.

I figured it out... Kick updated his quest behaviors again and I didnt know it... Is there any way to put a date/time stamp in the file so we can tell when u update it?

You should be using the latest version of Honorbuddy. Kick's profiles now use mostly the HB-shipped behaviors.

There are only a handful of behaviors he requires that are not HB-shipped. Those, you can find on his blog as "Quest Behaviors 4354 ONLY.zip‎". These behaviors supplement, not replace the HB-shipped ones--unlike what was done in the past.
