[Fly][A - Quest] BC 58-70 [Kick] - Won't Fly

Why won't this fly at all? Are there points where it only use the ground mount? I haven't see it fly at all since it hit 60. I went and manually trained flying and bought the snowy gryphon.

User failed to thoroughly read the first 3 posts which state what the profile does and when it does it.
