I'm not sure i know where to put these files, it doesnt show up as something i can enable. Where are the files to be set exactly?

If you are raider you can just use old routine and hold down one mouse button!
But there are other routines Ouroborus (Sp?) & General Combat routine which are more up to date. I believe one of them supports frenzy for generating charges.... Take a look
