I created a combat routine based off of exampleroutine with many variations, the biggest one being I removed ranged/melee/aoe/single target and replaced them with flicker strike slot, and frenzy charge building slot.

Set your flicker strike slot to obviously, flicker strike.

Set your frenzy charge slot to a skill that you can use to generate frenzy charges.

By default the bot will use flicker strike if you have at least 1 frenzy charge or flicker strike is not on cooldown.

Other notable changes include:
-Herald of Ice/Ash/Thunder added to auto-detect aura logic to save slots.
-Tempest Shield added to aura logic to save slots.
-Weight added to kole's minions to prevent death from corpse explode in Lunaris Temple Level 2
-Autoset combat range to 1 in Lunaris Level 2 to speed up Piety runs.
-Fallback slot removed
-Vaal discipline added with support in settings to configure what % es to trigger it

For those who haven't tried it, flicker strike is probably the best skill to use when botting. If you use blood rage you will keep up enough charges to flicker strike constantly if you link it with multistrike and melee splash

Haven't tried it yet, I have heard great things though! just for clear speed etc.

Thanks for your input?

Posts:1549 and each one is a gem.

For the record.. The plugins/combat routine sections still have tons of stuff from the old API, which is very confusing.

On the new beta release I started posting my stuff in the main section to distinguish it as being for the new API, as I figured most people didn't bother checking the other sections.

ty for you sharing.
could u give a link about the build and gem link.I will give it a try when I start new toon
thx again.

My build cost me about 6Ex so far ^^
Two Handed Axes with 6L and decent dps go for 3Ex most of the time :D
My Axe has like ~400pDPS and was 2Ex. My Astral Plate (4L) with a fuckton of Resistances and 1600 Armor was 2Ex too.
My last Items will be a 6L Kaom's Primacy (~6Ex) and a Kaom's Heart (~10Ex)

That's your current build then ? Crit or no ? I feel like crit is the way to go, but my surviabilty is lacking a bit

Nope, no Critting.
I use my 20/20 BloodRage for LifeLeech. Also have a 2%LifeLeech Ring.
Plus +1 Frenzy Blood Dance ^^
So no prob with surviabilty :)

Going to edit this routine a bit, I'd like it to NOT flicker when flicker is not on cooldown and only has power charges, forcing it to atleast build up 1 frenzy charge. I'm finding it's flickering right into a pack and not getting a kill and then getting beat down before it can flick again

If you cannot use flicker strike it will use your skill to generate them instead.. I use frenzy personally, with multistrike 1 hit gives you 3 frenzy charges instantly.

Oh I get that it does that, but the routine use's flicker strike if a frenzy charge is available OR if the skill isn't in cooldown. So it doesn't use the generator first, it just flickers into them and then tried to use frenzy. I am using the same set up as you, Frenzy and Multistrike

Nixon233, do you have this routine with the addition you mentioned? I believe it will be helpful to my survival and would greatly appreciate the support? If that's the only change, great; however, if other changes were made, can you list those as well? Thank you.

Edit: One other item, if there is only one mob (e.g. boss, tough rare), how about defaulting to the single target attack rather than using Frenzy just because a charge is up? Wouldn't the DPS be higher?

Hi Judge,

I have editted my own a bit but haven't used this build for this bot as it doesn't handle the navigation correctly. Basically, this bot will travel its path until it finds a mob, then it will start combat which is fine but the problem comes in with flicker is that the bot will continue combat within different packs etc until everything is dead. The problem is with this, is that the bot will then go back to where first left the path to begin combat, and then continue from there.

This causes this build VERY slow. Until this issue is fixed with the bot I will no longer work on flicker builds or routines.

Yup, that's the problem with that kind of builds, backtrack...

you dont need this man...

Set all attack to flicker strike and the back skill to frenzy. The option where if main skills cannot be cast it will the next skill set which is frenzy.
