Fleeing question

New to pokemon go and this bot.. Wanting to know what this means..

when watching my bot I noticed a pokemon fleeing over and over with a great ball.. so stopped the bot and re-started and caught straight away with a pokeball.. is this just a bug or part of pokemon go.

I just saw something similar - the issue (I think), is that you did not have anymore Greatballs -- at least that was my issue...once the bot used all the greatballs (in my case, it was just one) - it kept trying, but there were no balls. Stopped and Started and it used a regular pokeball, like yours.

Since then, I updated my settings to only use Pokeballs until CP600...

I have the exact same problem for about an hour.
All pokemons are fleeing and cannot loot pokestops.
I did not run out of pokeballs.
