Flask help

Hello guys. Ive done some reading on the forums and even messed around with flask helper.
I dont seem to understand how to get flask other than HP and MP flask to work.
I am using quicksilver/amethyst/sulphur/MP/HP flask.
I am getting this error:

Exception during plugin Tick.System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: cond

You'll need to check the FlaskHelper release thread for help with this, as it's not a default plugin.

You have to setup conditions, not only tick the boxes. Read 2nd post of FH thread, you'll find a guide by WiN.
