Keep in mind that run time includes going to town, salvaging, book of cain, stashing, and then closing - the actual time to clear (when RG dies) is usually around 1 minute faster than recorded in the best/worst run time. I watched the bot for a few hours of this, and one of the clears was 2 minutes and 49 seconds.

The idea behind Cindercoat / Aquila is that with Diamondskin, you are really never below 95% primary resource - giving you an additional 50% damage mitigation. I died on average 2.1 times per hour, which is extremely good considering that it clears almost every rift in under 4 minutes. I am going to try this again without Taeguk, as it's hard to keep stacks up, and honestly Taeguk seems outclassed by other gems at this level. I will update this thread on newer runs with different gems.
Combat settings and profile are from the DMO wizard guide. Trinity is set to attempt to avoid AoE, avoid AoE out of combat, and attack mobs in AoE. Trash mob pack size is 5 with a radius of 40. Uncheck 'ignore minions' so that your in-geom stays up after you kill yellows.
