Hey, so I'd been having this issue for a while and I believe I've found a fix.
--- short version. Turn off Enable TPS modification in Trinity Advanced tab.

In Trinity under the Advanced tab, make sure to turn OFF Enable TPS modification, I'd had it set to maximum thinking well... common... maximum would make everything better right? Well it doesn't, it seems to break the barbarian, so now my barb wws and zigzags... I'd been taking videos of the problem all yesterday, and now I can't because it's not happening.
I'll keep an eye out for it, but as of right now it seems to have resolved the issue.
