Every single problem out there has been described these people just seem to fuck up with every update. If this was a "legal" software product they would have never gotten far.

If the functionality of the bot is repeatedly broken in a short period of time I believe you reserve the right to request a refund, any self-respecting company would ad here to your request if that request was a valid.

Your approach however only warrants a suspension or even a ban, since you came out insulting the developers and using the simplest "fix bot plox" statement in your thread title.. I think that you should get a refund and leave the forums until you're grown up enough to return or simply avoid the forums.
