Fistweaving Routine ?

Hi there everyone i use Thuhan's MW routine works great and i am not sure if there is a set up for fistweaving out there if anyone knows please post thanks.

Oracle has a fist weaving rotation in it, does fairly well.

I have tried to set that up in oracle and i am missing where it is , can you message me Benny on how to activate the FW option.
