[FISHING] Ultimate Fishing Profiles - Leveling, Farming, Grinding

The Foragers_Supra_Lucis profile requires the Skywatcher plugin also. You can make a more simple profile that will only do silver sovereign, or find one that someone has shared that does not require the plugin.

Ahh okay that's what I was missing then. Where do I get this plugin as I've not heard of it before?

Problem is the Silver Sov profile in the first post doesn't work with it.

Looks like you might still have another version of my fish.cs code in a different location.
 
yeah once I removed the extra .cs files it works perfectly. Didn't realize I had extras there. Thanks for the help.

Try updating to the latest. I have looked over the profile and done a few tests using it. (it loads and is currently fishing Silver Sovereign).

Also... this profile was meant to be a "Hey, look what I can do with fishing now!" So that maybe others will create more complex fishing profiles that use different bait/time/weather combos. I did run this profile when I originally made it (before I broke it) and I got 4 hq clams, 4 hq sovereigns and unfortunately the weather never turned to Heat Waves (or weatherId 14 wasn't the proper one.... Heat waves can be 14 or 26 i guess...). Anyway. I still need to test more into that part or change it to just say "Heat Waves" instead. Let me know how it works out.

Seems to be working like a charm now. 2 silver sovereigns already. Will test it completely and let you know the results. Thank you.
 
Worked fine till about 3:30pm Eorzea time, then just started teleporting to forgotten Springs, then back to Moraby, then back to Forgotten Springs, then to Moraby, over and over. Tried to change the bait to sand leeches, same thing, changed it to Yumizono, same thing. Stopped and started a few times and then at 4:30pm it started grinding sovereigns again. Seemed strange to me, was working like a champ before hand.

Worked fine till about 3:30pm Eorzea time, then just started teleporting to forgotten Springs, then back to Moraby, then back to Forgotten Springs, then to Moraby, over and over. Tried to change the bait to sand leeches, same thing, changed it to Yumizono, same thing. Stopped and started a few times and then at 4:30pm it started grinding sovereigns again. Ok, that would be the untested part I was telling you about..the olgoi weather was never actually up, i used parts of another profile to build it. maybe it is unable to buy the sand leeches...i might have something wrong. Maybe y2krazy can help, he is much better at that sort of thing.
 
Hey ExMatt, as you know I got your profile to work, got my 30 silver sovs for my hat and rod. But when I activated the profile again to go for the next step (the clams I think? I forget) and it just goes right back to farming Silver Sovs. Maybe I'm just dumb and don't have the right bait on my char or something, but I was wondering if there was an issue with it?

This profile should try to fish all of them, depending on current conditions, it is not really an ordered profile...more like a profile I set to use to catch the 3 different fish based off a priority system. Since you no longer have the Sovs in your bag, it meets the condition to farm more. That being said.... the Sovs are the lowest priority to fish and will always fish Olgoi or Clams if they are up instead. The profile was also created with lvl 60 in mind, assuming you would have the gear to catch all the fish already instead of having it do them in order as this should be quicker overall.

Priority should be
Olgoi > Gigant > Sov

Ahh okay so it's based on when stuff is up. That might explain it...I didn't leave it running very long after it started fishing at the area for silver sovs. I'll try again.
 
Hi, I've just started using this profile today. I'm using the 1-50 leveling profile and it always get stuck when trying to reset its position after fishing a certain amount of fish (to remove the fish feels something amiss condition). It merely turns the character to face towards the direction it wants to go and the character is stuck there still holding the rod and facing in the direction it is supposed to move to. And of course, no fishes bite anymore because of the amiss condition. Here's the log of it:

After generating the path, the character is stuck still holding the rod in the hand, instead of moving to the location. I have to manually press a movement key for my char to put down the rod and then only will the bot move my character and continue fishing. I can't be moving it everytime the amount of fishes reached the amiss status, is this a bug? Also I've already loaded in the Fish.cs into the 'OrderBotTags' folder inside the RB Plugins folder.

EDIT: I found out the problem was because the bot attempted to 'dismount' from fishing while the fish is still being pulled in, during the final fish attempt (before moving). Since it is unable to 'dismount' while it is still doing the pulling fish animation, and the bot counts it as already 'dismounted', it is stuck there indefinitely. Is there any fixes that can be done? Probably some timing/logic issues in the fish.cs

EDIT2: Never mind, did a temp fix. Added 10s delay after attempting to change fish spot to stow away the rod. Did the trick. Hope a proper fix will come out soon though. Thanks
