Fishing: Great way to get Mote of Harmony's

So while I was making my Pandaria fishing profiles I found out you get crates from pools which yield valuable items such as ghost iron ore prismatic scales, white trillium ore, black trillium ore and best of all spirit of harmony. The rates are pretty good. Been farming pools for about an hour and got 3 spirits already. Might be a great way to get your spirits

Do you have any profiles for this? I've been farming mobs manually for motes and it's terribad D: If you could share it'd be amazing!

Def Krasarang Wilds. You get the motes not the Spirits. Same as what you would get killing mobs but the yield rate seems higher for me unless im just lucky.

And is it just pools or random fishing? Cause my fishing is only 375

Pools and you dont have to be max to fish pools
