Didnt work for me, instead of flying around in Terroker Forest to fish it flew my toon to the southern edge of Nagrand and started acting crazy, flying around in one spot?! Had to use another profile for Mr Pinchy

Anyone shed any light on this?

During a 3-4 hour session I caught 3 Mr.Pincy. I did not get the pet on my first wish but I am convinced I will get it in the next 18 days or so.
