First unable to update and then ..

First i had some issues updating the bot so i went on and unistalled, but now im not able to install again,
it just stops at 100% and then it fails, what am i supposed to do in a situation like this ?

Does it display a specific error message? Anything which might help us, to help you?
Have you run the BuddyCheck to see if the required frameworks have been installed?
You could also try to uninstall your .Net Frameworks, then use the BuddyCheck to install the required ones, restart your PC and try to install HB again?

you were right mandriva. it was a thing with the .net frameworks

as i just went in to give it a last try before using more of you guys time, it came trough and said something about frameworks being installed
