Hi everyone, I have just purchased DB a couple of hours ago and I am currently having difficulties trying to get the program to work. While my D3 is open in the character selection screen, I try to open up DB and put my key through the login, it does one of the two things....
1. Crashes DB
2. "Max session.....Authentication failed!"
I was reading through the forum and everyone else that has seemed to have this problem said to go to buddy auth to kill the current session. I did that, as well as removing the Microsoft components such as the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ x86 Redistributable then reinstalling both. Also, I have downloaded the latest Demonbuddy which to my understanding is "Demonbuddy: 1.0 r1370 Build 304".
Doing all of the above still end up with one of the two results and I am looking for help in any way possible! Attached will be a the latest log. Thanks for taking your time to help out a noob lol!

I tried to attach the logs to this thread but for some reason it wont let me it says "Unable to move/copy file" whether in the .txt form or .zip form so here's a copy and paste form of the two full logs.

I tried to do that, but I think I found the solution. I was reading another thread on this forum which was talking about another reason why it was crashing but the user was already using DB when it crashed when a Mod told him/her he had to update his plugins. So what I did was I removed the 3 plug ins I had downloaded earlier and tried to open DB up again. Now it allowed me to log in but I just have to download some plug ins again.. I think. Thanks for replying thou !
