First time offense perm band, appeal denied

Just called Blizzard and they said they can't do anything about account disputes over the phone and referred me to the ignorant customer service reps that handle tickets. These guys are a complete joke and should be out of a job considering how poorly they do their job. The customer service guy over the phone did mention that all accounts that get closed will be in two different states; Final Upheld, and Upheld. Final upheld means the account is gone, no questions asked no matter what. Upheld means theres still a chance that this can be appealed from the upmost highest and elitist account admins which gives me hope....we'll see what happens.

So you not getting your banned lifted means that the customer reps are incompetent? I've talked to them multiple times and they've resolved all my issues. You're the joke here.

Had my US account perma banned too. Was my first offense but they didn't seem to care.

Agreed. And it only adds to the fear-mongering that's so prevalent on this forum.

mzoflick you have been banned 3 times I have been banned 50, I have more bots obviously and more experience getting banned on generic accounts.

If you can get accounts unbanned then please let us all know the secret so we can do the same but as you can tell from the forum the VAST MAJORITY do not get a third party program or hacks ban reversed. Abuse of economy almost always you get unbanned but not hacks and third party.
