First time archebuddyer. Can't get the thing to start :(

I only have one session going. I don't have an AV at all. My key is correct, I tried entering it incorrectly and it wont let me log in, but once I type the correct key I can log in just fine. I check the account that I've set up press the |> play button and it gives me the above error. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I checked he site and I don't have any sessions running atm. Still being problematic. Also I sent the file to you

Ok, so I'm looking at the auth site again, it recognizes my key but is in the Unused / inactive section which is below the 'active' one. How do I get it to activate?

I'm having the same issue. I can also see my key UNUSED.
