First Impressions of GatherBuddy

So, I purchased lifetime last week. I've been 90% impressed with HB. Still learning it, but over all I think it's great. Trying out GB for the first time this morning. I really dislike it. It's terrible in comparison to HB.

Major complaints:

• Needs Combat Class support. Using cast sequence macros to handle combat is retarded.
• NEEDS TO LOOT CORPSES. It flies down, lands on a node, pulls four mobs, manages to kill them all the while looking like it has downs, then leaves all the corpses there unlooted? That's pretty much asking to get reported.
• The "wait for rez sickness" button does not work. Even with it checked, I run out before it's expired, pull mobs and die all over.
• Sometimes instead of not waiting, it just waits forever (let it go out to 25 minutes twice now to see if it would eventually start back up). In these cases I have to manually tell it to stop and restart.
• If I tell it to mail loot to an alt, it mails ALL LOOT? Not just what it farmed? I mailed my stacks of food, water, and my MINING PICK? My bags weren't even full.
• Sometimes it will ascend to the height cap and keep trying to go up (obvious botting behavior). After about 10 seconds or so it starts flying back down.

Just watched GB get stuck and it couldn't fix itself. Ranged add on other side of tree. I couldn't attack it from out of line of sight. It couldn't move itself. So it sat there for 4 minutes healing itself and failing to attack while getting attacked. I finally nudged him out so he could see the add and the castsequence macros finished the fight.

These are pretty basic things, I don't see how you could run this unattended and not get banned.

Word on the street is that there's a farming plugin coming to HB for lifetime users which may replace GB. Flying mount support and everything. No ETA though...

Hopefully it will be a lot easier and simpler than getting GB setup correctly.

I also haven't been able to get GB to work as well as other people say it does.

To be honest I dont know why they cannot use the AI functionality of HB to the gathering ability of GB and merge into a single software.

Put a 24hrs trial out there, raise the initial cost lets say to 29 euros for one licence per year, or 3 licences lifetime for the usual 80. And give it an option for raf leveling without gathering for inbetween, lets say 40 euros.
