Usually, I get banned after I sell gold.

This time, I was banned on an account that I had just started botting on. Bought it as a fresh level 80 (which had been inactive for a long while so its not a previous offense).

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? none

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no

10)EU or US realm? U.S.

Permanently Banned; Account Closed.

Are they going to go after GatherBuddy like they've been doing with HonorBuddy lately? Ugh. Never sold a single piece of gold on this account yet. Never even put up a single auction.

Haven't made any profit this month from gold farming.

Accounts are getting banned as soon as I replace them.

Gold prices keep getting shittier.

whats happening is blizzard is bumping up and using a algorithm on their databases to find "bot like" behavior, so its all being done server side, and there's not much we can do about it unfortunately its just the luck of the draw. sorry for your loss, losing money sucks.

Even if they did, they cannot try to link a forum login/name to a wow account. Now if posted your actual email you used, or something along the lines of letting your characters name slip in a picture. Then yes. I know a few people on my server that if chance was presented they would send blizzard my email address personally lol. They don't even know my character names haha.

my guess is the 80 account all the sudden playing again got it flagged and then someone checked to see you were botting? not sure man.

You even bought the account. That could raise a flag. Level one up yourself and see how it goes.
