Ive started the same project

From a FRESH wow account tho, So starting everything at lvl 1 (not dk obviously)

Any hints and tips are much appriciated i figured id go with Kick?s all the way pretty much

Yeah use questing when possible and learn which CR don't work well for questing and which do, mix up things too but I'd suggest keeping away from BGBuddy in its current state but try DungeonBuddy because that can work pretty swell.
I'd suggest using RAF on yourself to quickly level though as its a massive boost (300% bonus to xp earned) and you can quickly level several 81's in a matter of days.
