That's the main reason i stopped thinking of making a blog/site to sell gold from, it just takes too much effort and i'm a lazy bastard :p

But sure, i'm up for the idea if it ever came to action :)

Whitehat SEO only while trying to beat out Chinese greys? Nice try buddy, you obviously have no experience with it if you can say that. Can't be illegal or you build a bad name for yourself. Think someone is going to trust you with personal info if you cheat your way to the top?


TLDR: A note to anyone who wants to start a gold site up, be ready to sink a semi serious amount of money into it. We aren't talking 100 bucks off Mommy's credit card here.

so when you guys advertise for private buyers in the cities, do you post your AIM or what? how do they contact you? if i bought a vanilla key for 16 bucks and did some moderate advertising on my servers how long would it take for me to be banned?

also, can you /say from a trial account anymore?
 
what servers as id be keen to uy a few after i lost my botting accounts which linked my mains account to it which then got banned :P

o how i miss the days when 1k sold for 100$, heck.. i miss BC when it was still selling for 20$ per1k
 
Im selling some of my gold (not much but a fair amount i can pay GB/wow with) to some friends in wow. Its the safest way to do it and i never sell more than 2k+ at a time. Works for me :P

Its the actual World of Warcraft key, not BC or wotlk, its called vanilla cause it is just.. The plain old key. Not something added on (like how you add chocolate or sprinkles etc)

Or at least that is what it is to my knowledge

This is the best way I have found to get private buyers just start with friends and then friends of friends and it soon expands as long as you undercut the websites which is easy enough to do without paying the middleman. After 2 1/2 years of selling gold I have over 100 on my msn now
 
If you guys are interested in selling I've put together a website over the past few days.. its not really that in depth at the moment but its a start.

I'm using Google Checkout for the e-commerce side of it, If you'd like to be listed on there aswell on your servers just let me know, Currently I haven't planned to advertise very much since I've only got coverage on 2 servers, but once I get a few more bots running (hope to have 8 by the end of next month) I will start to advertise it a bit more.

If you are interested in listing your gold/servers on my site I would just ask for a percentage of the of the money you make and that your able to be online atleast once every 24 hours to fill an order if one comes in. Since it would be YOUR responsibility to fill the order.

Okay for whoever said that 1$/K is bad...take a look at this equation...
Minimum of 15k per char per day (calculated with my private buyer prices)
15k x 4 bots x .92 (price for 1k gold) = 55.2$ per day
55.2$ x 7 days a week = 386.4$ per week
386.4$ x 4 weeks = 1545.6$ per month
1545.6$ x 12 months = 18547.2$ per year...

I don't bot as a job, merely for some extra spending cash, so 1500$+ a month personal spending cash is amazing, and from that you can increase to 20k per character per day, or add more bots and increase what you make. From the standpoint of a sidejob and hardly having to work at it, that is pretty good..from the standpoint of a full time job...not so much. Take that into consideration.
