"Find Vendors Automatically" Turning on by itself

I have turned it off on the settings, but sometimes it turns on by itself. On script it says FindVendorsAutomatically="False", so the script should not be turning it on also. What is causing it to turn on by itself if not the script?

Something to do with HB not reading the profile properly or ignoring it completely, I just keep un-ticking it for now until its fixed.
