As you can see... The bot isn't using any abilities, at all. It just stands there, waiting for the sun to rise.
This usually happen, for flashfire wiz, when there isn't an in-geom proc active. But sometimes it just happens randomly.

Looks to me like it's either stuck trying to get to another enemy or trying to go back to the pylon to interact again. What does the bottom bar in db say when this happens?
