Hey got banned for "Hacks" I didn't want to grind honor for gear on an ungeared toon! I mean who does LOL??? Was also having it farm some skins while waiting in the long Qs, AV only since it looks the least bot like.
So I filed a ticket with them, I figured some of you might get a kick out of it and I am going to post it here
I received an email saying that I was banned for "Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs ("Hacks")" And I was not attempting to level character, or grind gold for the purposes of selling it!
I was using a bot to help me through a more tedious section of the game that was reducing my enjoyment But entirely for personal use, so I want my account back so I can keep on playing. As I don't consider this action to have any negative effects on the game itself since I was not flooding the AH with any goods or planning to sell anything for out of game currency or items.
That being said if you think my action still warrants permanent closer Why On Earth Did You Wait So Long?? I reported myself for botting ages ago filed at least 3 GM tickets and spoke to a GM about it In any case let me know what you decide I really could use the spare time and money I suppose and with the loss of so many ingame toons and assets and the fact that the only way I would ever get them back is by botting another toon to level 70 I probably will finally break my addiction!
