Prox's Pick Pocket


This routine is a modified version of the FightThisWay routine.
FightThisWay, is an awesome routine, make sure to go check it out.


This Routine Will:
Pick pockets without killing.
Defends if attacked.

How to Use:
Download the attached zip file, and extract it in your routine folder.


I advice you to change the range, depending on the mobs your a grinding
and if you have Glyph of Pick Pocket.

That is done by going to this path:
Honorbuddy\Routines\FTWPP\data
and select "Rogue_'the spec you are using'"

Open the file and change the value of the sixth line:
Me.Range 4.95

My suggestions are:

Neutral Mobs: Me.Range 2

Hostile Mobs: Me.Range 4.95

Hostile Mobs (with glyph): Me.Range 10

Know Issues:
Routine only supports english WoW client.

Does not work if original FTW is installed.

WHEN extracting the file be sure to save as just FTW. Some of the file paths wont work using the current name of the file in the zip
 
can we add a rule when were trying to stealth OOC and have the tricksters debuff to use CoS?
 
Problem with german client.

Have problem with german client, the problem ist that i have to rename the Rogue_combat to Rogue_kampf, if i don?t rename the file i get 100000 errors on HB.
So with rename it work?s without errors, but after he pick pocket the first mob the bot began?s to attack it.

So my theory is that the only think is the renamed combat routine, why the bot is attacking the mobs.

Does anyone know how i can run it without rename the combat routine?

I Have solved it, change simply the language of WOW, now it works for me.

File pathing have been fixed, you can now extract straight into your routine folder.

With all those acronyms I have no idea what you are talking about. Please explain :)

Also , can you make bot auto open the boxes when the bags are full? (Sorry for the poor english )
 
Stealth -> Unstealth -> stealth ...

Hi. I could not get these routines to work for me with pick pocketing. It was just stealthing and unstealthing repeatedly. I read through the profile for combat rogue and noted that under @Pull it said Me.Cast Stealth, but had no qualifiers. I added the qualifier Me.HasAura("Stealth") and it all works great now. Hope this helps others having the same issue!

I've been running it for over 4 hours with no issues. No sword yet, but I've gathered over 2000 gold. Why don't you tell us more about what you are experiencing so maybe we can help.
 
Toon is walking around not stealthing just targeting mobs then moving to the next. As far as I can tell all the settings are same as when I've had great success with this amazing profile .
 
So for the last two days have not looted 1 lockbox with this profile/routine.
Have tried:
Reset computer/wow;
Complete new install of HB, FTWPP and Profile;
Turned off all mods;
Turned off all Plugins.

Running HB v2.5.6561.515. When started, the profile runs to the first waypoint then goes to each sprite and blacklists it without pick pocketing:

Ok, I have just done a test, and I am having no issues, so I have made this check list to address all the replies and PMs I've gotten.


Make sure you are logged onto a Rogue.

Make sure "Grind Bot" is the selected botbase (if running with my Shadowfae Trickster profile).

Make sure "Scroll Lock" is turned off (on your keyboard).

Make sure "Loot Mobs" are turned on.

Make sure "Kill Between Hotspots" are turned on.
 
I have this problem too. Suddenly it just stopped working. I noticed that the standard FTW also does not work for rogues anymore. Have blizzard blocked it somehow? Or did they just make some hotfix that bugged it for rogues?
