Ability to 'draw' a custom work area, rather than a automatic circle based on the radius set in the options. Either being able to freehand an area, or drag+expand multiple circles to create an area to bot it. This could help keep your player on land and not water, and stay within a more custom/defined area with more pokestops/gyms.
Manual inventory management - Being able to recycle items from your bag manually without stopping the bot and changing the options.
