Also, if any of you are interested... I've started a post with modified\tweaked settings for the WD. It isn't 'specifically' for Ghom but it has some features like the synchronization of Big Bad Voodoo and Fetish Army. Same time, same distance (not out of range), and full melting power Rift bosses, Ghom, (I wish Kadala), and other tweaks that you might find useful.
