Feral doesn't heal

I've just started leveling feral druid and found that it doesn't want to heal itself when it's not in combat. However, in combat, it heals itself as it should but when it's out of combat it waits until HP is regenerated (because I have no food in my bags).
I use the latest version of HB and standart combat routines (singular). Maybe it's not a bug and I should change something in CC but I can't find the the option which is in charge of non-combat healing. Help please. Thank you.

The "Combat Routine" is for combat. You should fix your general options panel settings, try setting food to a decent amount, 40-60. Ensure Refreshment Detection plugin is enabled and the bot will eat after combat. There is no point in using your mana OOC, the Combat Routine supports combat.

i have the same problem with my balance druid.... what if i dont want him to use food or water for refreshes instead i want rejuvenation? in combat he heals, out of combat standing and waiting to get better... 1 rejuv would do the trick... still a bit dumb why there is no option like that. :/

Hello I'm using FPSware to level my druids. Just set rejuv at 75-80% and you are ready to pewpew!
