I don't have 4pc T12 yet but would be keen for you to try my T12 CC. (I have noticed at most a 600 dps increase)
I am using the non T12 rotation at the moment and on Rag I am sustaining 20k+ with a burst to 60k.
Our class is very reliant on RNG with our DP and AoW procs, so it really comes down to the individual and how they are geared.
These have been tested only using HB 5198.
gonna test it out and let you know witch is working better out for me ( i have 388, only missing raggy hc loots )

Seems like it gets off to a good start, but then I notice a few things. Any way to make it start the burn phase when there's around 20 seconds left on Evocation instead of waiting for it to come off cooldown? Also, can it only use Mana Gem in the burn phase? Like at 80% in each burn phase. The spell power you gain from it is wasted if its used during preservation phase. I noticed while moving it used Ice Lance. I would never use ice lance. Oh, also save cooldowns for burn phases too. Like images and arcane power..

It goes into a burn phase @ 20 seconds before each evocative, uses mana gem when 4stack of arcane blast is reached, during a burn phase if you move it will use fire blast and ice lance so as not to drop your blast stacks with a barrage.
All other times it uses Barrage > Fire Blast > Ice Lance.
Arcane power and mirror images are also only used in the burn phase, PoM is used all the time

Those are all changes you made since yesterday? Or you're saying that's how it was? Because when I tested it, I saw all the things happening that I posted about - that's why I posted about them. It also keeps my mana too low in preservation phase, it stays at around 80% when it should be closer to 95-100% ... I'll re-svn and check out the improvements.
Does the PVP rotation include Arenas along with Battleground detection or is it best to just use Single Rotation?
Edit: I see now that it only checks for battlegrounds to trigger the PVP rotation and not arenas (currently commented out as a TODO. I'll go ahead and use the single rotation for my PVP rotation for now.
In my opinion its best to steer clear of this for all things PvP or use one of the other bots, most don't have pvp rotations and the pvp detection is not the best.

I have added some trinkets as well as Synapse Springs, just uncomment the ones you have in the CC.
For feral druids, if you glyph into Shred, your Rip can be extended up to 3 times. SimulationCraft has this particular action (extending Rip) pretty high on the priority list.
Any ideas on how I would implement this in my profile for Felmaster? I've tried using a new variable that gets +1'd each time I shred, then reset when I Rip, but it seems to bug out on me a bit (it seems the additional logic added causes a delay in Rip being cast). Is that the only way?
I did a fresh install of release 5418 HB along with a new download of felmaster and all is well. I've also worked on a feral druid profile for felmaster - would love some feedback. (attached). Based on Simulationcraft.
I'd like feedback on the particular casts that are performed closer to when a target is dying. Simulationcraft uses time_to_die which is based on overall dps, so I just assumed a round 100k dps on the target to draw up my calculations for health values when a time_to_die was used. (For example, 8.5 seconds was 850,000 health left on target).
Berserk was not included because I like to manage that myself. I'll consider creating a burst rotation if people want.

some form of damage on target @ time A, sleep for a second, check health again, using the 2 results you can do a dps check and therefor get a rough time to die result.
