I would like to suggest the following improvement to Pokefarmer:

Ignore CP/IV rules when "manually" catching pokemon
What?
Igonre the set logic rules on pokemons if you manually click on Pokemon to catch it
Why?
Sometimes you are watching the bot and want to get a Pokemon despite of the fact you ignore it in the logics.
Because of being able to click or want some extra candy but not want to waste balls and time on multi spawns
The win
- Able to get the pokemon despite of logic rules
- More control over the bot while being present
- Not having to set the bot to automatically catch pokemons when you want to chose yourself
