Stop being leechers, if you want a profile so badly make one and they realize how hard it is to make, and that it takes days non hours to make a good profile.

With account wide titles most people only need to do things like this once. Which makes most people just decide it's not worth the effort to make one. It's a hell of alot faster to do it by hand than it is to actually write and test a profile. Not to say someone wont make one but explaining why there isn't one so far.
