FC problems

Hello, i have a problem with my barbarian, i am using raekor set and have problem, that bot using FC out of combat, but i unchecked this function, how i can setup it, that he should use it only in combat, because he spams it OOC too and got killed cause he cant attack .

make sure you turn both off (movement spells)

He still charging for movement and using it on 1 mob and got cd'ed , but i have setting that mob pack should be minimum of 4 mobs
